All cancellations must be intimated to our head office on phone followed by a written confirmation via email or fax. Telephonic cancellation will not be accepted as ‘cancelation request’. Cancellations for the independent/individual tour services should be made with a notice of not less than 7-15 days (According to Situation). The cancellation in case of group booking should be made at least 30 days prior to the date of commencement of the trip.

Note: I) Amount will be refunded through Electronic Transfer or by the card (Debit/Credit).

II) Refund of amount will initiate after deducting the applicable cancellation Charges and service charge and both will be settled within 7 to 10 days of the day of cancellation request approved by Flight Shopee.

Refunds against the Cancellation of Hotel Reservation:

Refunds against the cancellation of the hotels depend upon the cancellation policies of the particular hotels. Apart from the cancellation charges levied by the hotels, we only charge a negligible amount of 3% on Domestic & International Hotels as cancellation service charge on total cost of rooms.

Refunds against the Cancellation of Bus Reservation:

Red Bus Cancellation charges -Apart from the cancellation charges levied by the Bus Operators , we only charge a negligible amount of Rs 30 per pax /Per sector as cancellation service charge.

Refunds against the Cancellation of Air Tickets:

Apart from the airline’s cancellation charges, flightshopee.com levies negligible amount of Rs 250 per passenger/per sector for domestic and Rs 750 per passenger/per sector for international air tickets as cancellation service charges. In case of special fares and other specific situations, fares are non-refundable.

Cancellation Charges for Holiday Packages:

1) For cancellations done prior to the 30 days or more of the date of departure, initial deposit amount or 55% of the tour cost (if full paid) will be charged as cancellation charges.
2) For cancellations done between 29 days to 15 days prior to the date of departure, 80% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation charges.
3) For cancellations done within 15 days of the tour, 100% cancellation charges will apply and you will receive no refunds.
